Each engagement (custom software, app development, or website development) is scoped individually and confirmed in writing before work begins. Any change in scope after work starts is agreed and quoted separately.
Projects are billed according to the payment schedule agreed at the start of the engagement, typically a deposit followed by milestone or completion payments. Prices shown on the site are estimates for standard packages and may be adjusted after scoping.
Ownership of custom deliverables (source code, designs, and assets built specifically for you) transfers to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shina Cart retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries used in delivery.
Timely feedback, content, and access (credentials, hosting, third-party accounts) from the client are required to meet agreed timelines. Delays in providing these may push back delivery dates.
Shina Cart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of delivered software, apps, or websites. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
